Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WallSight iOS application and the wallsight.pro services. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
WallSight lets you capture LiDAR scans of spaces, place spatial tags, sync them to your account, and re-display them in augmented reality. The service requires a compatible LiDAR-equipped Apple device and an active subscription.
Subscriptions
- WallSight Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly), billed through your Apple ID.
- There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices shown are US anchors; localized pricing applies in other storefronts. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
- Purchases are additionally governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA.
Your content
Scans, tags, and projects you create are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and transmit them for the sole purpose of operating the service. Delete your account at any time in the app to remove them from our servers.
Acceptable use
- Don't scan spaces you have no right to document.
- Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
- Don't resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.
The big one: measurements and safety
WallSight is a documentation aid, not a measurement instrument. AR relocalization has inherent tolerance — tag positions can drift by centimeters or more depending on lighting, surface features, and device pose. Always verify with appropriate tools before cutting, drilling, or performing any work where accuracy matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on displayed tag positions.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify features over time; material reductions during a paid period entitle you to seek a pro-rated refund from Apple.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
