Which devices can scan?

Scanning needs Apple's LiDAR sensor: iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro models, or iPad Pro (2020 and later). Other iOS 17+ devices can browse projects and open scans, but can't capture.

"Aligning to Saved Scan…" never finishes

Relocalization needs to recognize the room. Start from roughly where the original scan began, pan slowly across feature-rich areas (corners, fixtures, framing), and make sure lighting is reasonably similar to capture time.

Save Scan is greyed out

The button enables once tracking is stable. Move the device slowly around the space until the status pill reads "Tracking" — poor light or blank surfaces slow this down.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → WallSight Pro → Cancel. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your cloud data.
